He dropped an Ornate Defiant Cloth Wristwrap for me.
Words of Purification, Words of Cazic-Thule, Frost Giant Meat, Woven Frost Giant Beard, and the extremely rare Rune (1 of 40 kills got a rune)

This guy conned yellow to me at 33, Guess that makes him 34 or 35. Possible he is higher just figuring yellow would be maybe 2 levels above me.

group killed him over 15 times this morning. He dropped nothing and respawned about every 15 minutes...

He's a quest NPC for a Kael Drakkel quest.

Me and my group killed him about 5 to 6 times... he dont drop anything unusual... just another giant... with a name...

Soloed him. Easy kill for a level 49 Druid. Didn't give much experience, but not surprising considering that he conned green to me. He didn't drop anything for me either except 3 platinum. Hopefully due to him being a named frost giant, I received a substantial faction hit towards ClawsofVeeshan.
When I found him he was parked near the SouthEast corner inside of the fort. There was a Frost Giant scout standing next to him at the time, but that particular frost giant scout roams along the South (Back) area of the fort.
He also seems to move slower than the normal Frost Giant Scouts, Berzerkers and Elites, because he kept falling back from the rest of the group of giants I had with him trying to quad.

He could not have been green to you as he is light blue to me at 50 unless he has a level range not listed
