Why or how did this boat get a level. I did the Stormfeather camp for 30 hours, and say it come by many times. You cant con this

Mob stands for mobile object, so i'd assume a boat that moves from one continent to another would be considered a mob. An uh, learn how to spell.

So are those Lotus Vines in Fungus Grove Considered MOBs? How about The Great Saprophite? They are not Mobile, just summon you to them. The Grimling Chieftian in HM doesn't movie either. I'm not arguing the Mobile Object was the original meaning of MOB, I just happen to think Monster or Beast is more appropriate. I wouldn't see a boat and say, hey lets ride that MOB to Freeport. But then you could argue that even some MOBs you wouldn't consider NPC's wouldn't be considered "Monsters" or "Beasts" either. /shrug. Just consider anything I hunt a MOB, and anything I interect with like Merchants, bankers, city inhabitants, and quest givers as NPC's. To each thier own

I didnt even attack him and was just traveling to Velious on my first trip. I dont know what faction he is on but I got on the boat and it said 'Icebreaker bashes you for 54474733 with his boom' I got up and started to fight but he was quading me for 69696653033 Damage. I only managed to pry up 6 boards from the deck before he took me down. He also has incredible regen.
I heard that a lvl 85 Sailor took him down once but he only drops a tattered sail. It is size very large and can only be worn by 20-30 Barbarians at a time, I have been told that this can cause problems and confusion.

Posted: Sep 18 2001 at 7:26 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Based on the comments from the Pally I tried to get this guy with my lvl 4 Group, he hit us all for 250000 damage with his first spell, not sure what it was but the text said 'You have been splashed by water'...real nasty. I would encourage anyone considering taking him on to use some sort of Water Proof armour. We didnt last long enough for the romoured barrel attack that people talked about.

This mob is really Veeshan in the costume of a boat, after you defet his vehicule he will come out of his outer shell. I camped him for 12 and a half weeks with my lv 12 potatoe and he dropped a sword of feline slaying. Be careful he has a nasty ae tumor spell. He also dropped a nifty pair of toe nail clippers.

Actually you are all wrong. He is a Level 59 creature. I soloed him very Easily with my lvl 73 monk. Thats because he is in full cobalt and ofcourse has his epic Innoruuk's Curse. =) very easy MOB =))

NO, my guild did a raid on Icebreaker. Bastard has a special "barrel attack" and quads for 300dmg. You need a dragon group to take him down. We managed to kill him and he dropped a Ebon Mace. He killed our level 70 cleric though. I thought it was cool when he got on land and started jumping on everybody. He makes those stupid treant sounds too.
