I gave this guy six gold after talking to him for a bit and he gave me "The Icy Mug Souvenir Stein." Is this part of a quest or just some junk? I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Petcas drops an ancient rusted key used in the the quest given by Noble Helssen. Talk to Corudoth in the Iceclad Ocean for more info.
