Raised my faction to indeferent and he says I need to prove my dedication before he can discuss such matters with me and that was all I could get but it was alot better that Hummm... Cat Stew sounds good tonight Now get lost!... he heh. More faction on the Giants I guess they drop nice l3wt.
EDIT: after killing the Frost Giants and Dire Wolves I have raised mt Faction to Amiable but I still am told I need to Prove myself befor he can speak with me about such matters.
I have tried several different possible tells in his text but still nothing.
ALSO: for any one wanting to do this quest study up on Kael Drakkel or you will not get this quest done.

How do you talk to this guy? He says he only deals with Beastlords, I tell him I am a Beastlord and he says to get out. Have tried variations using the word [ beastlords ] but he ignores me? Can anyone help?

The mob for the turn in is in a cavern deep in thurg, just to the right of the rogue trainer, he's in a room in the north side of the cavern... just look for one guy with a half dozen wolves

This is the Beastlord Armor NPC he is the Dire Wolf Trainer in the back of turg near the rogue master and the mines. i have emailed Allakhazam the quest info, but ill post here anyway, it uses leather armor from turg(eroded) and it requires the standard melee gems
