Also, the Coldain Velium Temper he sells for 5.9 plat and they are stackable

Went in today to get enchant velium, and he does indeed sell coldain temper. On (old MT) now Erollis Marr.

I went into thurg today to buy this spell
i conned the guards in GD on the way in, and it said apprehenisive
so i (being an enchanter) hit them with benevolence and *BOOM* amiable
went in, bought the spell, gated, never have to go there again
so if you're kos, have an enchanter change you into a dwarf and cast benevolence on you

Nimren once again is selling Coldain Velium Tempers, at least on Sol Ro. Making me quite happy too! :)

Was just in Thurgadin (Morell-Thule) looking for Nimren Stonecutter - Wasn't there. Then the zone went down for a couple minutes. When it came back up - Nimren was back in his spot - Only problem: He didn't have any coldain tempers. :-(

The GMs who I had spoken to told me I would have to wait until the next scheduled patch to see him.
And yet, he has returned to his previous place and is selling the Enchant Velium Spell.

Sony deleted this NPC who sells (among other things) the Coldain Velium Temper, the Velium Smithy Hammer, and the Spell:enchant Velium.
The reason? Apparently during the last patch (thru error or not) the prices of two items were set to 0pp and individuals who noticed the change, began buying all they could and stocking up all the supplies on mules and any charac they could.
Alas, instead of simply fixing the pricing problem and removing the stolen items from those characs inventory; the programmers at Sony decided in their infinite wisdom to delete the merchants altogether. Thus bottlenecking quests requiring components from this NPC merchant and FORCING those who wish to work their quests now to purchase those components from said "thieves"

This is very disturbing. Finally, after months of tradeskilling and camping, I have all the pieces for my 8th shawl. All but velium smithy hammer and the tempers. And this dorf is deleted.
It's not that I cannot buy the tempers, there are fools in the bazaar selling hundreds.
Its just that I dont have the friggin hammer!
Arrrggg! They need to correct this soon. It just sucks some morons feel the need to exploit a bug that ruins it for the rest of us.

Actually not so in this case.
I was assisting my guild in completing a Ring War and have dropped by Thurg every so often to see if the War would "default" the city.
No such luck.
Apparently, unless the programmers put him back in, he will remain out of game.

He isn't linked to a quest directly, but he is the only NPC that sell "Velium Smithy Hammer". And this hammer is a item you need for the Coldain Velium Shawl 8 do make the armor pieces.

He can be found at location 41, -113. The Enchant Velium spell and Coldain Velium Temper are both permanent items that he sells.
