I found this guy from bank, heres what i did
1.Looked at ice wall (facing out from bank) than took a right whent down hill, and took first left where a bar is he should be on ur right in the bar =) hope this helps u guys/gals.

im a lvl 37war my faction is the one below indif but above dubious(merchants still sell to me)

What faction do you need to have bfore you can turn in the sceptre/acid?

I didn't find out about this quest until after I had ruined my Thurgadin fac. I have wandered in Thurgadin invised for quite a ways. I was curious to know if I can hand the sceptre in while invised and if I do, will this negate my invis? These leggings are fantastic! More wis than my gator scale and the added plus of having strength, looking just like Tizmak and being no-drop. On Rallos Zek server this is better than plat in the bank.

The bar is accross the Paladin Guild, goto bank, go left DOWN and it's the first building on the left. He is sitting on the first seat to the right.
Note: Coming out of the bank's front door, you'll take a RIGHT. =) he should be in the little bar across from the Pally guild, as previously mentioned. He'll be sitting inside just to your right.

If you get some karsic acid from an orc it'll get you the gem of persuasion just as well as the sceptre...it's not the nicest thing in the world though. :)

Erdarf Restil turns his head long enough for you to slip the contens <sic> of the karsin bottle into his mug. As he drinks heavily his face quickly turns even more pale until he looks as if in npain. He rushes from the bar and as he does a trinket slips from his pocket.

I found him in the bar called The Holy Harbinger. He didn't want to talk to me but I gave him the stuff and he returned the correct item to me.

I found him in The Holy Harbinger..but he won't talk to me says I need to prove myself..anyone one know if you can still hand in the septre or do you have to raise faction first..if so to what lvl.im indifferent now ,like most ppl I assume
