OK, if I check the dude by the ice bridge I am now Amiable, and I am warmly to Captain Bvellos. I was in throne room trying to find this guy and I get killed by a mob named Klraggek The Destroyer. I went back fer my bod and I am Threatiningly to him. WTF! WHAT faction is he on? And, WHERE is this dude for the armor turn ins. I wanted to check my faction level with him before I tried to kill more dorfs for their heads.

This guy is near King Tormax. He does not drop the armor, it is quested with Ancient Tarnished pieces that are dropped in the entrance hall, hub area, west wing and rarely north wing of Temple of Veeshan. To do these quests you need a) Ancient Tarnished piece b) appropriate gem for that piecex3 c) ALLY faction to kromZEK giants(obtained by killing LOTS of mobs on Claws of Veeshan faction, or various quests you can do once you get to dubious faction) and finally d) at least dubious to King Tormax and kromRIFF faction, so you can walk past these giants to get to the quest mob without dying.
