The first time a came to Kael I was dubious to everyone but Wenglawks so I tried to do the toolset quest. But every time I got to Kellek he wouldn't give me the stuff I needed to take to the gnome. I came as my halfling warrior so I could sneak and have my faction adjusted to indifferent. Do I need to be amiable to get the toolbox from him?

think so, would guess indiff at least for first quest. mah sis is on giant faction and even at amiable she can't get the magic net from this vendor guy for the third delivery quest, even tho she can get the previous two quests and the third note to this guy with no probs O.o;;
Kellek appears to be on Kromzek faction, and I believe that needs Warmly with Kromzek for that Mechanical Net Quest... at least, it worked at that for my Kael mule yesterday. I think Amiable is needed for the 1st quest.
