if i understand right, turn in guy is in tormax's room? Is there more tormax guys in side room or just at entrance? pretty sure there is, which means i got a lot of faction work to go, kos to tormax ally to zek.

Ok follow up if you invis(not sure if it helps really) and hug right side you can get to turn in guy. no kos in there with him.

He is on Kromzek faction, but to get to the quest room you have to either sneak by (risky) or get CoH by some giants who are on Tormax faction.

What faction is this guy on, Kromzek or Kromrif?

The quest giver is on Kromzek and you need to be at least Ally with the Kromzek to make the quest work, but you will need good faction with King Tormax as well to even get to the quest hall.

Umm....pretty sure he is on Tormax Faction which can be gotten by killing Royals in icewell, handing In Coldain Heads, handing in Kobold Paws or making supplt runs for noble. To do any of these you need Kromziff and Kromzek faction easily gotten by killing in ICewell, and the armor drops in Temple of Veeshan.
