Get your faction with Storm giants to Ally, and then have a mage who is aligned totally to the giants just COH you to the quest area.
all the giants in that area are on storm giant quest and will be cool with ya.
get yer armors and then get a coh out.
yer done. oh and if you have armor drops from ToV, then obviously you've messed up your dragon faction

Ok, I've got a level 44 bard and he's gotten some good faction with storm giants by killing guardians and sentrys in skyshrine, however the frost giants still hate my guts.
The Kael quest armors are by far the best armors for the Velious quests, but I wonder if it is possible to approach this guy for the quests without getting lynched by frost giants, cause sometimes they intermingle.
I guess my question is whether or not you have to kill your coldain faction to get this armor...?

Have to kill more than your Coldain faction... Haven't found him anywhere yet so I can only assume he's on King Tormax's faction back behind the bank, which fits in with what friends on giant faction have told me...
That means WW and ToV non-testing hall dragons and/or the Dain.
Edit: ok since posting this I have found him, he is a Storm Giant and he's in the room behind King Tormax's throne... you might be able to do the quests without Tormax faction but there are some Tormax giants right behind the doors near this guy. Just be careful trying to hand in to them if you're still not well liked by Tormax.
