Velium Two Handed SwordKilled this guy in Kael the other day... Along with the Usual orders for faction Quest in SS he also droped a Kromzek Mercenary Brooch... NoDrop and Statless, so i guess it is a quest item, anyone got a tips???
PS: Yes, i killed him in Kael Drakkal...

why would you kill these for faction just to get -CoV faction, turn around and turn in the cards for +CoV faction? am i missing somthing?
The Mercenaries are opposed to Veeshan.
Killing them in WL and later turning in their orders in SS both give you +CoV.

I don't know about cards, but you kill these and get good CoV faction, not bad

You can turn these in for faction (-giants, +CoV and Yeli) and XP in Skyshrine. Get the quest from the guard that spawns on the left side of the door near the WL zone line (I forget his name). Later, you can just hand them in without having to reacquire the quest.

Three times Ive seen this guy pop from inside the tunnel to SkyShrine. We were pulling the tigeraptors (et al) to the mouth of the tunnel, and all of a sudden this guy appears from behind us.

any ideas as to what the mercenary orders this guy drops are for? i mean who do i give them to? where does this start? im guessing its a quest with the locals they are sent to harrass but im not sure who they are heh anyway
