Ok these guys are talking about a case and a key which is lost, and which you need to find back for them it is a quest which is called "Captain Nalot's Triple Strength Rum". All information about this quest you can find on this site.

Nilham the Chef says 'Ahoy, Methical . Welcome ta the brig. I didn't get ta the 'B' section of my piratisms manual so I'm not sure what a brig is but I'm guessin' it means 'really small place without enough food or water.' So, ya here ta stay or just visitin'?

Nilham the Chef says 'Aye. We all got a pirate grammar manual from the good cap'n. We were supposed ta learn how ta talk like proper pirates from all the books Cap'n Nalot read but I never had time cause I used ta be the cook and was too busy. That's really the only bad thing about this brig thing really.

novyak the lookout and nilham the chef,lost the camps suply of rum,from what i can gather you need a key (nilham mentions a white cat that had something glittering in his jaws,heading towards bridge island}and a locked crate,{obscure mention of a walrus,possibly just sitting in ocean though seems unlikely}.both these items need to be taken to the capt.dont know what reward is,if anyone finds anymore out plz post

This guy and the Captain have something to do with what I think is a quest for the Triple Strength Rum (or at least its recipe). Unfortunately, I haven't been able to navigate through their dialogue tree in order to figure out what it's all about.

I know the pirate with a cold on the dock needs the rum but I also haven't figured out what is needed
