ok I know this guy is for a quest. My question is can you optain the eyebatch from killing him as with most quest mobs in velious or not?

Iksars con amiable to the gnomes and indifferent to the Gnolls and Coldain Dwarves. You are KOS to the Giants, but I believe everyone is without adjusting faction. I can buy and sell with both the gnomes and dwarves. So, Iksars are safe to come to Velious until you start killing dwarves, gnomes, and Gnolls. Killing the Giants and Dire Wolves will give you good faction with the Dwarves. I plan on getting the quest club from Garou's skin so I haven't killed any Gnolls.

Not true about Gnomes not liking Shadowknights, I'm a Iksar ShadowKnight, the most hated creature in all of Norrath and I'm amiable to the gnomes. and I haven't killed anything in Velious but snow cougars which give no faction adjustment. so, they like everybody until you start killing them.

HOWEVER, I made the mistake of using wolfform, and one came after me. I thought I had gone out of his follow range and was gonna camp to clear agro, but what do you know?
Double backstab for 451 points (thats over 900 if you can't add), plus a stunn and I never even got to turn around.
I think it a crock of dog mess that a green mob can kill you that fast.

Are these gnome's faction tied to that of AkAnon? I know their expedition was supposed to have been sent from AkAnon but I am wondering if they are a separate faction from that of AkAnon.

No you shouldnt be as I am a iksar and they hate me in Ak'Anon but the gnomes in velious regard me amiably

How are Iksar's looked at in the rest of Velious as far as faction? I have a 30 SK Iksar I would like to take there soon.

Faction for the new continent shouldn't be affected by the actions that happened before velious, I am apprehensive in Akanon and warmly in velious
Well, as a DE SK, the pirate at the dock in North Ro cons dubious to me, so I don't know which faction I've messed up in my travels. Hopefully, I'll manage to fix things before I go travelling to the frozen wastes of Velious.
