Gives a task...Maw and Beyond. Have to go to Skyfire and Burning Woods and scout 2 places out...then to Dreadlands in Spires area to finish. Skyfire area is SE near lava...big dragon skull. Burning woods area is Giant Fort...I just ran up underneath it.
She is now found at loc +2225, -2900, and is now a Task Master. She's due east of the outpost, near a small field at the zone wall.

Here's a funny info, try the following: drop any item next to her. A few seconds later she will pick it up, saying "Hey! Look what I found! Another piece of rubbish for my trailer..Must be my lucky day."

Sells supplies and crystalized minerals that summon food, drink, and abolish magic. Indifferent to all, so I think she's a neutral. Also sells arrows, throwing knives, etc.

Went to The Overthere just after the patch of 11/15/00 and Klok G'rshai is now functional as a merchant, and has also moved from just into the zone from Warsliks Woods to the North, by the waterhole...

When ever i get on and tey to sell to her she says she is busy. and won't let me sell stuff i hate it and have no time to pettion could someone try to pettion it on Tallon zek. PLEEEEAAAAASE

Yes, I've found the same. I've petitioned numerous times, even reported it as a "bug." On a couple of occasions, a Guide has arrived, killed it so that she would re-spawn.
Now, I can't find her... she's migrated to somewhere or has been taken out of the game, I would imagine. Yes, it sucks!
