I had to go get some buffs to finally get past The Crypt Keeper. With Virtue I had 6100HP and still had to use a Veteran reward to kill him when he proc'd his lifetap 3 times in succession. His lifetap hits for 219 and it goes off often.

does he spawn anywhere in the north hall or just in the last room like the other key holders?
also has anyone ever had a problem getting the clasp for the doors in the north hall? i got it once, but i havent seen it pop since. and ive spent over an hour there since then, but with no luck. ive just been charming mobs and sending them in the last room to pull em lol.

rare spawn in north wing. yes he drops the no rent key to west wing. no the master key quest is not broken, i have the hand of glory myself, its awesome. he drops the siren scale robe, believe this is his only loot since ive killed him about 15 times and nothing else has dropped. he is a necro mob, all the nameds in this dungeon hit for mid 200's

Any idea how to get this guy to spawn? Been camping him for about 15 hours over the last 2 days and haven't seen him once. Don't even want an item from him, just need the key for the next wing. TIA

Just replaced my newb blackened crystaline robe with a siren scaled robe my group died but i hade everything mezed long enough to kill this bad boy and loot it right after

I wonder why this MOB, a necro, drops a robe that can only be worn by a enchanter .

Can somebody tell me more about this mob...like what class it is, what kind of group in needed (lvl wise) to kill it, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It's a Necro Mob and Myself (A level 56 monk) and a LEvel 59 shaman cleared the way to this guys room and held it with no problems.

This guy used to host "Tales From the Crypt" on HBO. Looks like he's been falling on some tough times if all he can get for work is a cameo appearance in a video game. Still, it might be kind of neat to go in and see if he'll sign an autograph.
Looks like he's a little shy these days - hiding his face from the camera and all. Probably just doesn't have his make-up on.

Died to my group today. He still has a human model, but he uses the spectre sounds that most of us are familiar with from Karnor's/Kaesora/CoM. His spawn is in the last room before the portal in the North Wing. He has 5 friends in his immediate vacinity, two of which are wandering. At the stairs just above his "Throne" there are 2 golem and 2 skeleton spawns. This is right after the locked door. Usually you will pull the two golems on opening the door, so with careful pulling, you shouldn't have more than 3 critters on you at any one time.
Drops are as follows:
Always: Sigil of the Calendar - 1 charge Color Skew, No Rent/No Drop - This is the key to West wing
Common: Faygaurd Parrying Dagger - 9d 17dly Effect: Word of Pain RNG only No Drop
Rare: Siren Scale Robe 10ac 10int 10CR 10MR ENC only
The proc on the Dagger is centered on the weilder, and has a small radius. A smart Ranger can use it effectivly even with mezzed mobs around, which is good, because its one of the best weapons they have. The Robe is a nice Turquoise/Emeraldy Kedge type robe. Very nice looking, and good stats if you don't have an Insidious Robe.

This guy had a human model when we encountered him, pretty funny. He dropped some swort of short sword/dagger with the effect Word of Souls (I believe), ranger only. Rare drop is the enchanter only robe Siren Scale Robe, looks very nice.

The human look is a graphical bug verant didnt change since kunark was released.
