I came here to kill this guy for dark elf parts.
In 5 kills he didnt drop the dark elf parts. His re-spawn time is 15mins has 100hp roughly.
For those of you killing him for the dark elf parts if you go deeper into befallen, any mob that is a dark elf can drop the dark elf parts - its alot easier than waiting for this guy to re-pop.
He dropped the key for the next level 4 out of 5 times and dropped chipped bone rod twice.

Though he can harm touch, due to his level he does not have a pet.

With my lvl 8 bard I took this guy out. He didnt drop the key. So I waited for another spawn. I died. My group says he dropped the key. Heh, go figure eh? Aye the casters got it better than tanks. spell powah.lol.

was a putrid skeleton)

Ive been waiting for the SK because I left my picklocks at home =p, all that spawns here is A Skeleton. hopefully the SK will spawn today.

I just went there for the 1st time today. Killed all the mobs in the hall and killed the SK to get the key. 10 minutes later I was dead and thsi time when I came back I ignred the Mobs (all were green) and went to get the SK but he was not there. Another ten minutes and he was there. I did not have to kill any mobs to make him appear, I just had to wait 15 mins give or take 5.

It is a Befallen tradition to but leftover keys on rats. when ya zone in just run straight across the hall past the small caved in part and kill all the rats or skelies...you might find one or more keys....of course its been a long since ive been there....maybe they dont do that anymore. I do know that you hang around there enough youll have more keys then you know what to do with! hehe

his guy is not level 5-5 becuase he harm tuched me for 71 an later for 81 and the harm tuch ges up 10 pnts with ever lvl a shd knight gets i had one sohe is maybe 5-8 not 5-5.

Not exactly sure of his spawn time but when I killed him it semmed no one had in in the zone for a long time. But he can harm touch for 81 damage.

My guess is its a 10 minute spawn if its been freshly dealt with. probably despawns if no one attacks it for awhile, then you have to wait HOURS. Dont believe was soloing the bedroom with my 15 dru last, killin some dark followers, gained a level, etc, not ONCE did this SOB show up in teh few hours I was there. Anyway my bro told me he hits hard (30 or somethin) but has very low hp. good luck!

i have been i his supposed room for ages looking for him to spawn to get the key with no luck. I camped him for a hour with only other spawns in his place. Is he still there? Actually i havent seen any of the other shadow knights either. Im not sure wether it is a new drop area or a glitch. Please help.

Some people say there is a 10 min spawn time, others say 20, still others say 30. Perhaps he is like the Jester in Kurns, anything in the zone can be a ph. Or maybe he is just a random spawn. Still another option. Maybe he grew a brain and realized I spawn in the same spot all the time, and within 5 min, I'm dead again. Perhaps he just grew a brain.
Point is, it's a game meant to have challenges forever. EVERquest, plenty of quests, last a long time. Patience is a must, as any higher lev will tell you. Just wait, he will spawn.

I'm a 19th level Ranger that has been at Black Burrows since 4th level. Now it's time to move on and I was thinking of going to Befallen. Do you guy's think I will be alright there? I'm human with excellent faction with the good guys and KOS with the bad guy's any advice will be app.

Today, me and some friends were hanging around in the Befallen (i was level 7or8 cant remember) we decided that each of us should get a key incase someone got killed. After easily killing him twice, he finally conned white to me. He must be at least 7 for his max.
P.S. He used Harm Touch on my friend and got him killed by some Skeletons. Boy was my friend embarrassed *snickers*

Anyone know the going PC price for this thing - I've heard prices in-game from 2pp to 500pp - for three charges of Locate Corpse, it doesn't seem quite *that* valuable.

Alot of folks noted that this guy was an easy kill at X level - if this guy isn't an easy kill, then you *DO NOT* belong in Befallen. ;)

I've had a really wimpy (to a 11th level troll SK) necro w/pet spawn in his spot once - I took out the pet in two shots and the necro in three. He had a rusty dagger - hurray! - I sold it and retired to live in wealth and luxary.

I'm not entirely sure if he has a placeholder or not, but to be on the safe side wipe out all the skeletons in his room and the one outside of his room. All the spawn points are on 20 minute intervals, including our friend the SK. I kept his room clean and the one outside and tested it a couple times, and he spawned on each 20 min. interval. Hope this helps.

I tried Befallen with a close friend of mine. We were both paladins at the time. I really cant remember our levels (I think I was 15 or 16 and she was 12 or 13). Anyway we were insanely bored so we wanted to head into Befallen. Being new to it we asked for directions and this very high level guy (thanks man! ^_^) told us how to get around. Anyway we sat in this guy's bedroom where he spawns at for.. no joke.. like two HOURS. He didn't wanna spawn. I dont know if he is normally this slow or if we just had that bad of a luck run but be warned.. if you're gonna try this guy.. bring a sandwich

It's normally actually like a 10min spawn, me and two guys went in and had to get the key to go anywhere that matched out levels. He was being camped by solo guy for I guess a while, but at the same time we got there he spawned again, the guy got his key and said we could take over. I asked one of my group members what the spawn rate was and he said 10min, so we sat there after a fresh kill, and he was right. It was ten minutes. (sat there through about 5 spawns and each was at or near 10min)

I guess you guys just got bad luck i went there and his place holder was just sitting there (skeleton) I kill the skeleton and in about 30min the Sk appears he has on him the key and nothing else he is fairly easy to kill i killed him in one nuke at a lvl23 druid
