Crusader Zoglic  

Killed this Crusadre Zoglic lastnight Me a Lvl 59 shaman and a 62Bard took like 2 min dropped 3 dots on him and the Bard was doing his singing along with my pet kicking butt, was real easy.as far as location i'm sorry to say i got no clue:(
maybe next time i'll take the time and look in between healing dropping dotts and all i know is we killed Hunters, foragers and anything that jumped us on the cycle, i rolled and looted BP :)

well.. i've probobly kill around 80-100 foragers. and around 15-20 names on the cycle.. and still am yet to see this guy.

Wow so what ever happened to real information, you know like loc of the mob (somewhere in the NW corner above the river in those ruins.) or maybe how to spawn him? (I guess his placeholders include foragers? is that all? no hunters or ghosts?)
Well at least I know that a group of a 63 mage/30bard/77bst/ and maybe a cleric of some random level to top it off could take the guy. Sweet I may or may not have a chance now considering my completely different situation!

This guy spawned a dozen times straight a few months ago. Everyone in our group (who were only there for seb keys) got one of the Ikky CPs and another 4 or 5 of them rotted away.

I went back last night to get a couple guildies keyed for Seb and even hunting the foragers with extreme prejudice, he didn't spawn once in the hour we were there. (I was there to get a CP for my lil shaman and guildies needed keys so we went for it)

Seems to be entirely random. As for spawn points, every time he popped for us that first time, it was up in the NW corner by the little ruins just north of the stream. Good luck everyone going after him!

Must be my lucky day, first first Dronik pops and 2 spawns later Zoglic does :)))) Both are part of forager cycle (for those of you who don't want to scroll) and pop as much as any other mob on the cycle. I can imagine that after hours and hours of doing the cycle and having neither pop that it can seem as if they are more rare but I've done this cycle often and its jst a matter of luck and jst keeping at it. This, aswell as the iksar hide mask, sells well and on AB I usually get rid of both for between 5k and 10k very quickly.

where does he spawn? Is it random or what? Does he roam around the zone? just let me know a few details plz. Thanks

could a 52 SK with 2.7k hps solo this guy?

Ok, listen up: It is not at all a matter of "can a level whatever / whatever class do this mob?". It is a matter of getting this mob to spawn in the first place. You kill the forager, when it is dead either another forager or a named mob will instantly spawn. Your chances of it being Crusader Zoglic are not very good. A 62 pally and 57 druid made very short work of the foragers, thinking we would have great chances of spawning Zoglic at the rate we were killing the foragers. In a 3 hour period one night, we got Zoglic to spawn once, and he dropped the ikky (yes, it drops off him every time). The second attempt lasted 5 hours, yes, FIVE HOURS; and we did not get ONE iksar chestplate. We killed well over 100 foragers, with barely any named spawns and no sign of Zoglic whatsoever. The post where someone said they got 3 bp's in one hour just boggles my mind. That is not a common experience. At the most, if you are very lucky, expect maybe 2 bp's in a full night of doing the forager cycle. This item sells on Rallos Zek for around 15k since ldon came out, and would be a terrific way to make some cash, seeing as Zoglic is a very easy mob, if it were not for the low likelihood of him spawning. I am not sure of all of the exact specifics of the forager cycle, but from my personal experience Crusader Zoglic is the mob least likely to spawn in the cycle. The most common named mob that we got was Bloodeye, a named trakanasaur who drops an extremely crappy giant race only tunic, and giant race only legs. If you still wish to camp the forager cycle with the intent of spawning Crusader Zoglic and getting an ikky bp or two, I wish you luck. You'll need it. Be sure and bring some aspirin. :)

Curious in gettin a few BP's for friends
Could a 52 warrior (me) nicely twinked, a 54 warrior, crappy gear. 47 druid (ok gear) and a 52 druid (good gear) andh eck could drag in a 45 necro (ok gear) take him?

Found Zoglic up 2 times on seperate occasions when I just happened to wander into tt, very easy fight once you root him and his pet.Dropped bp everytime, once goes to shammy one goes to ranja.

regen 5
Not very useful at lvl 50+ when I, as a sk, have to have partner slower/healer to xp; or at least much buffs to solo.

Regen 5 doesn't help me much.

hello i was wondering can a 55 sk and a 55 beastlord and a 54 druid take him with no problem?

ok heres the deal.

hes on the forager cycle. there are two foragers up in the zone at all times, either of these two can be replaced by a named that on the cycle. so the fastest way to get this guy is this, get a ranger have you wole grp auto follow the ranger who is tracking the foragers find them kill them on the spot. if both the hunters are up dont kill them, they will spawn crap names that will confuse you. you'll also want to get a chanter for the safty, chanter should save all mana for chain stuns, have three AoE stuns loaded there will be alot of greenie addage, they my be green but five of them, plus a forager / named can hurt
in the last 2 days i have had 4 regen Bp's drop. i know this works. faster you drop that foragers the better your chances are.

up untill the 9th of this month there were two foragers and two hunters. i couldn't tell ya how long it was like that but it doesn't matter now cause theres only one of each after yesterdays patch. same stuff as far as getting him to spawn still stands but the chances have now been cut by 50% that he will, because theres only one forager cycle.

Ok, This guy is on the Forager cycle. The hunter has nothing to do with him. The forager has many named mobs that spawn, the hangman etc.. The best place to sit is in the tunnel to Swamp of no hope. The respawn of the forager or a named is instant after a forager is killed. Just keep killing foragers and ALL named mobs and the Iksar will eventually spawn. The problem is that the Iksar that pops is the rare named pop. He is a Shadow Knight and a 50-55 duo or trio can take him easy..I had to camp the foragers for like 6 hours to get the Iksar to pop, and he ALWAYS drops the BP...Hope this helps...Emli-57 Necro on E-marr.

I am not sure what made you say , this is a game, makin money ruins it but i am a 51 Bard and at the moment that is all i am doing. Maybe i am the only one who needs to purchase items from time to time, thus...I NEED MONEY

so expect a 551 HT at some point (well thats what I got hit by). He only then really tried to land one spell, which failed. Im a 56 bard btw.

im 53 necro, if i got a tracker could i waste this mofo, i just want to be sure so i dont have to CR and rez myself and a 59 druid with precius soulgems )

It's a nice item, and it's even a nicer item if you look at the PoS mob that drops it. The whole forager cycle including this named can be soloed easily by a Druid. Of course you would have med breaks, so if you want it to be more efficient bring a friend. But there's nothing like getting a 6k item off a lev 45 mob.

I was camping in Trak last night with my friend a 60 ranger on Bertoxx - we kill on the forager cyce and named pop - easy kills in Trak - the named are poons - easy gear to attain if you are a tracker of substantial level...
