He was removed because in the quest for greenmist you hand him a item and get XP and then he hands you another item and the item you gave him. People were just standing there and giving the guy the item over and over again for xp, so he was removed from game and its been a few months now nobody can do greenmist quest. How many months will it take before they figure out how to remove the XP from tht part of the quest? we shall see....

I did the first part and just found the stuffed barracuda to do the second cudgel and he is gone again.
ok, well, he's not in inny, when i get time enuf for an awnser, ill petition.
He is in the main room of the Shaman guild normally. On Vazaelle I haven't been able to find him for a few days. Btw, in the picture you can see the Symbol to his left on the wall and the ledge to his right that's the back wall of the first and main room of the guild.
