Anyways she droped the Corrosive venom for a shammy club quest. She is Much harder that the Spiroc Lord. SL and KoS drop about the same.. this gal went thru us pretty bad. but She died. not looking forward to every having to kill her again. serious time sump.

OH forgot - she DTs every 45 seconds
We killed her with 24 peeps in 105 seconds. no special AA burns used. Of course that was after we reset to kill just here as rest of Island was despawnd

Ok, what is the delay between each DT and is she slowable? i know nowdays a mob doubling for 850 is not an issue, still with 24 and not all of them 60 would be nice if shaman could slow it.

There's a level higher than 60?
Mmm...sort of. Players are still bound by the level 60 cap, but mobs aren't. Most plane mini bosses or the wandering mobs in particularly high-end dungeons are 60 or 63, while bosses are usually around 65, with some truly tough bosses are over 70. Check out other sections of the bestiary, you'll see what I mean.
You may wonder how they put a level on this thing when /cons are always red. Well it's based on spells and how hard they hit and stuff like that. I don't know, but it sounds pretty accurate.

They "used" ShowEQ for some of these mobs. Now, some still use ShowEQ, but with the level cap at 70 now, true levels are easier to find for some.

wel, technically there ARE better weapons then this "Bixie Sword Blade", there are several weapons with higher DMG then Delay, for instance soul defiler (probaby best 1hander in game) is 21dmg 19delay and it also has stats and a proc, i just think it's ****** up the pallies only get this beast, screw pallies.

wrong there as far as im concerned this IS the best wep in the game ya wanna know why? you forget the dmg bonus? i think so at the lvl you would have this wep you dmg bonus would be about 16.... a .6 wep and 16 dmg bonus means that you would be hitting about 6/10ths of a second with that 16 dmg bonus and there are other things that pallys get to proc that would be INSANE and then think if you had haste (if hast works on that wep)
you could kill nearly ANYTHING with the proper buffs even DS mobs if you dont agree with me read the weapon link thing and then reply to this post

Haste per Verant can reduce a weapon down to the damage of the weapon +1 to a minimum of 7 delay. So a 6 damage weapon that you could get to a 7 delay would be the perfect weapon, but guess what? There are very few that you can possibly get to this stage. a 6/16 weapon would require a 129% haste modifier. 100 divided by 229 = .4367 x 16 = 6.99
Now how many 6/16 or better weapons are out there?
How many people can get to 129% haste? WR is 70% haste and the fastest haste item I know in the game is 40%. Will bardsong stack with these? If not I don't think there is a weapon in the game that can reach 6/7 at this time. Another thing to consider when choosing a weapon is one handers get a damage bonus to weapons with a delay of 24 or higher which is why the warrior epics can pump out the damage. 14/24 and a nice haste item gets you to the haste cap (14/15) with enchanters AQ or SOS. What is funny is the better haste you have available the better the lesser weapons get compared to an uber weapon i.e. a 6/24 weapon theoretically can reach 6/7 while the epics can only get to 14/15 it's just not possible to have so much haste, but you can see what I am talking about.

ummmmm the Hand or eye of Veeshan whatever the ultimate mob in POS is named is a cakewalk compared to the Bixie of death. The bixie island is the toughest island to clear in POS. Never have fought Trak myself, but one thing that will make this bixie harder is that you can miss many attacks because of the hills you fight on and backstabs are very unreliable. Halflings will really pay a price here, but fighting in Iksar form I still got the target is too far away message on about 20% of my attacks :(

Bazzt Zzzt herself is easier than Trak, but the overall fight is of similar difficulty. She isn't just a normal spawn, she pops out of a series of tougher and tougher wasps.
She's roughly as big as a troll or ogre, and if you're quick, you can see some screen shots at http://affliction.fuxored.net/
She drops rare quest components, one of ours was an adamantite earring for the Enchie test of Displacement.
Alascariel, Affliction, E-Marr.
Have your enchanters keep the bee that leads to this boss and one of the splits mesmerized, and kill the first, then kill its splits. Kill the other split bee, then have everyone camp. Come back, fully buff up, and begin working on the final bee that leads up to her. I recommend runes - some on the melees will still be there once you take out the first few iterations leading up to the big boss. Use warriors with defensive discipline to tank her. Enchanters using stupid animation pets aren't a bad idea, as her AE will get them in the fight. If you lose, ress up and rebuff quickly, with someone invis to pull bodies - she doesn't see invis. Has an 80 minute despawn. A little tougher than a Trakanon fight, but if done right your only deaths will be to death touches.

Well from the brief descroption of how she fights I think she sounds as hard as Trak. She hits much harder than he does plus if she quads for 850, then she would kill another tank every round of battle. Sounds nearly impossible to take down. Jus curious what she drops.

Quest items, like all the other top mobs in the zone including the Eye.
She dropped a Silvered Spiroc Necklace the first time we killed her on Bristlebane.
Gotta love seeing a huge bixie DT someone tho :)
P.s. This is easily the toughest mob in air, but is easier than Trak by far :)

I'd have to disgree with you. The fight surrounding this bixie is pretty tough, but I think the Hand of Veeshan is a tougher mob.
Its a crying shame the bestiary doesn't have more information on the Hand, but so its been killed so few times...
