His name is Googbooga. Lvl 44 druid here looking at track and saw the wierd name. I went to check him out and wondered what he dropped, so i killed him. Not many hitpoints. he was dead in about 15 sec. He dropped Cracked Branch (nice 1 HS weapon) and Shattered Choppers, and a rune (forgot which rune).

Doesnt drop the twig anymore...drops some chopper which are no drop and look like a part of the quest. If anyone know which quest do tell :)

The choppers are part of the Iksar Necro quet for thier 4th rank Skull cap.

Drops a Cracked Branch now. magic 1hs 6/20(looks like a staff). was green to me at 35 as well.
