Is there a particular faction needed to get tasks from him?
My Barb shaman can hail him and get the dialog, but when I respond "tasks" nothing happens.
If I say "tasks" again, it tells me I have to wait 8-9 seconds...
I'd really like to do a few of these, I hope good faction isn't required

What faction is this guy on? I'm dubious and I need to buy some spells. :(

Pretty sure he's Venril Sathir, same as the rest of the outpost. My necro is amiable to him, as I am to the rest of the outpost.

Sky's the Limit - Short Task
Step 1
Skyfire Mountains - Explore the stone passage into the Overthere (zone into SF, walk around in the tunnel)
Step 2
Burning Woods - Explore the ruins in the east (The hard one to figure out, go to loc 330, -3060 in BW near the ruins (watch out for the see invis gorillas if your not SOW'd) and wander around that ruin until the task is updated)
Step 3
Dreadlands - Speak with Korriz Stillripple (Loc 380, 8925 inside one of the pyramids in the Combine Ruins in DL)
