Just dinged 39, and the fort was mostly green to me, so I was running around looking for blues and decided to jump on this guy... Nothing quite like absorbing five 210 point DD spells before getting FD off... at least I got to raise Bind Wounds some :-P

Heh, at least you had FD. As a wizard, trying to kite a cleric is bad. Real bad.
Didn't know he was a cleric, cast bonds. Resisted. Entombment, rooted 303 damage. Began casting Lightning shock, HELLO there goes 28% of my life. Channeld, hit him for 440. He heals back up to 54%. I have nowhere to run, so I cast like mad, hit him for 440 again, in the process he hits me again for 210. As I wait for my gems to refresh, which isn't very long, I see him start casting again. I wonder to myself what kind of recast time he has anyway.
Obviously instant. He slams me for 210 as my cast bar drains, and casts again. He isn't bothing with a heal now. It's a race to who finishes their nuke first, winner takes all. Goblin wins.

I looted a nodrop item called a Drogan Warlord's Insignia from one of these...anyone know what it's use for?

Man these guys are rough. While our puller was in fort my group got jumped by one of these punks. Almost wiped us...lol. After a serious pounding we got him...but MAN those DD's hurt.

was walking to the OT when i got jumped by one of these guys,lucky for me i had my pet out. was a long fight but i won in the end. Trick to these guys is to keep em feared so they cant heal themselves or nuke ya.BTW was even to me at 35.

Actually, wrath is 198 to 218 damage depending on level. :)

And man, it took 4 35s all whacking and blasting to kill this thing as quickly as we'd NORMALLY kill a gobbie. I hate clerics unless they are healing me )

Yes Legates are clerics and are very nasty even for me at 43. Took all my mana to fear-kite him as he healed himself several times. He uses Wrath (nasty 190-200+ DD) be careful when fighting him, Stun or Bash to interupt his spells. He put up a good fight but he ended up dead just like all his goblin buddies at my hands.
