This mobs common drop is the charm which easily powers up to stats show wearing a full set of armor from T4 HoT (nice!). The uncommon drop is wristwraps and the rare is the weapon.

Weapons is certainly the common drop; 14 weapons, 0 charms thus far.
I'm assuming the Charm was taken out of game at this point.

Dropped Grandiose Armwraps of Alra - 1/20/12
2 spawn locations we had, easiest way to know if you have the right location, is that this guys placeholder will only ever spawn as "a haze jumper" if you get a mist walker or a cloud leaper... it's the wrong spot. (this was true for approximately 100 spawns over 3 nights. We got named around 8 times.
Swift Strike is cast every 15 seconds like clockwork.

This named spawned around the "a_distraught_worshiper" - which should be marked on your map if the named isn't.
He spawns in the field out there, we killed all mobs that looked somewhat like the "Braxi" model, he spawned a few times for us in different locations each time, so all mobs that look like it in the area should be a PH. We didn't kill any Alaran model mobs, we left those alone sense they don't seem to be PH's and there are a few other named you can pull to from this camp if you have high DPS.
For the named, be ready to heal groups threw AE's, they aren't to bad but don't underestimate it :-) Melee wise DPS on the tank wasn't bad with a raid geared tank. Max hit was around 21.5k, avg hit seemed to be about 15k
