I have had this tree spawn in 4 different spots so far.
2806 x -774 ( to the south east of the small bulding - same spot as posted previously i think)
a spot on other side of that same building (2950 x 750)
and (2775 x -620)
and (2960 x - 665)
seems any tree near temple perhaps

This tree hit a lev 93, 75kHP, 6900ac monk for an average of 8k, with max at 12k.
The root is not really an issue, but the tree does jump from one place to another, and hits the closest target where it lands (not good, for example, if you are using a mage earth pet that roots...), and makes it a bit harder for the tank to keep agro.
Other than that, no biggie.

Pops at approx. 2830.31, -807.96, -74.98 pond side of little temple.
Also dropped Gilded Tree Ring. Was able to take down with a 91 druid, bard, tank merc, healer merc. Fight must have lasted about five minutes. Did not parse.
