I got him to spawn a couple times in the center area of the catapults, you enter the maze area and see a four pack of mobs Wind Archer (PH) two regular blade mobs, and a shield bearer, there is roamer in the area. When we pulled him he would not run to our camp, ended up having to kill him in the center area, not sure if this is a bug or a limit as to how far he would run away from his spawn point.
Spawned at 169.60, -657.23, -405.04 by catapult #1. PH is A Wind Archer.
