The purpose of this NPC is unknown.
He can occasionally be seen in the room with Brother Jentry and Sir Lucan DLere talking about a "fallen knight." Seems to be a one-sided conversation, as Lucan and Jentry ignore him.

when i killed him he was dual wielding fine steel two hand swords, dont ask, lol, factions was as said above also.
By looking at the pic, the faction hits, and the name, this fellow is on Knights of Truth Faction. LOL. He looks like the NFP Guards. He drops their faction when killed. Look at the name =P. Perhaps he is trying to get Lucan to get uncorrupt and go back and join the good guys. Hehe.

It's very strange that there would be an NPC Named "Knight of Truth." Especially in the FP Guard house, next to Lucan (this guys goin down for my Soulfire). Eh well GL hunting.

He is not the one you say "Truth is Good" to, that guard looks like all the other corupt guards in East and West Freeport

you forgot if you say "Truth is Good" to him he will give you a note to take to the Temple of Marr.

Forgot to mention, I found him in the same room that Sir Lucan and Brother Jentry are at.
