He has a spawntime of 30 minutes. Placeholder, as mentioned, is an orc slaver. Took 14 tries in a row for me before he spawned. His loot isn't worth the wait, but I wasn't leaving without seeing him at least once.

I was able to pull him to the safe spot in front of the first big hill below the Orc trainer. For some reason he didn't cause the other orcs to train if I kept innate camo up. But while I started to agro kite he summoned. He also sees invisible and cannot be snared.

This mob spawns in the tent area sitting next to the wall outside the biggest tent.
Does anyone have an idea yet where this guy pops?
