1. HOW DID YOU MAKE IT OUT OF THE NOOB ZONE?
2. HOW AND THE HELL DID YOU MAKE IT HIGH ENOUGH TO KILL POOR OLD BOOG MUDTOE ??? <gasp> 55! EBAY??
3. HOW DID YOU MAKE IT OUT OF THE NOOB ZONE?
4. HOW DID YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET ON THE BOAT??
5. <<< FIRE BAD ! FOOD GOOD ! >>>
6. HOW DID YOU MAKE IT OUT OF THE NOOB ZONE??
hehe Ok I will stop. I see by my low score people do not like my sarcasm and humor. It is all in fun folks :) Enjoy.

Boog is an Ogre that is tied to 2 quests in Kaladim. One is for the Mining Pick 628, with Diggins (Rogue quest) and with Furtog Ogrebane (You can get the Ogre War Maul here.) You must also slay Goob, Boog's brother (LvL 20 - 22) on the cyclops island with Gornit, to complete the Ogre War Maul quest.

what about the tattered note on this guy's body? anyone have any idea what it is for?

Had to kill this guy many times while camping the AC in OOT. Now when i go back to my ogre warrior guild they attack me. This is very bad for me because I have no where else to train. Please let me know if anyone has any idea's.

By now the original poster has figured out what to do, I hope. But for others who have killed Boog and now want to rebuild your faction with the Crakneks:
Go to this page to see about 7 NPCs you can kill to raise Craknek faction.

also the trainer in Overthere and you probably could train in Neriak too

There are no warrior trainers in OT unless they've changed things in the last couple months. I think there's a beastlord trainer there, but before they put him I think the only trainer in OT was a necro trainer. Nobody in my guild has said anything about any new trainers there, and I'm in an evil guild.
Ogres need to kill a lot of wood elves be able to train in Neriak. Dark elf warrior faction is Indigo Brotherhood, and it's hard to get that faction up without killing wood elves. It might be easier if you worship Innoruuk. (Warrior guild won't give their quests out to dark elves that don't worship Inny either, so religion does appear to have some influence.) Another ogre said that killing halflings helps get factions high enough to turn in caps. This might be true if that quest guy is partially on guard factions.
The only place on the northern half of Antonica an ogre warrior can train without doing faction work is the underground tunnels of East Freeport. However, I recently showed a lvl 10 ogre the way there once and the trainer refused to work with him. Another ogre warrior from my guild went with him to see what was wrong. They would train the higher level ogre, but he had done lots of faction work in his younger levels so he could train in Neriak. Maybe all those wood elves, halflings, and orcs had some influence on the trainer. They refused to train the younger guy. It might have been bugged at the time though.

You should be able to train in the evil guild area beneath East Freeport. My ogre shadow knight can train down there, so I'd think you'd be able to, as well.

Gained most of level 22 thanks to Boog and Goob Mudtoe. If I remember correctly, faction with Stormguard (Dwarves) and Troll Shadowknights goes up, faction with Clurg goes down. Hope this helps.

Seems like a kinda weird place to get lvl 22, being that the other mobs that can pop in place of Boog are much higher level. But what do I know, I didnt get to the island till lvl 54...

Killed him while waiting for the ancient clops to pop... the faction hits that I got were oggok, clurg faction went down, and so did a couple of the other ogre factions... nasty if you're an enchanter and want to keep faction high /sigh
