Factions for this mob are wrong. I've maxed my faction with Dark Bargainers, Dreadguard Inner, Dreadguard Outer but am definitely not with Indigo Brotherhood
as I'm a woodelf and I'm have high faction with Emerald Warriors and Steel Warriors but when I /con this mob he is indifferent.

Now when I /con any of the merchants my faction is warmly, therefore I would say this mob is not on DB faction.
As I am still Kos with Indigo Brotherhood, this mob is also not on IB faction I would say,

Which leaves it to be Dreadguard Inner and/or Dreadguard Outer faction.

I cannot dispose of this mob as the only ones who could handle them are either max faction in Neriak due to hard work or dark elves, so someone around who has a lust for killing neriak guards to test my theory?

This guard took out a lvl51 pal(me) and a lvl 59 bst, me kicked our buts he hits in the mid 100's and took us down to 50% in no more than 1min, we we both and KEI, shammy buffs and Virtue, This guy is not 100% magic resistant, we only got him down to 98% =(

When you hear many messages like "he hits for 130!" here, you just think all of the posting guys are nuts. I mean, a lvl 40 velious giant can hit for that and they aren't that hard to take down. This guy may have more HP though, I don't really know. The funny is that if you read the messages another time you see things like "Posted @ Thu, Apr 20th 1:03 PM 2000". Hmmmm... I guess no expansion was released at that moment, not so much Vex Thal and PoP stuff.... best weapon was like Ykesha or something, right? I guess that I am the twinked nutter ! =)

This &%#$@* attacked me as I ran to Lavastorm. The dude hits in the 100's and resisted everything I threw at him (in the 17 seconds I was alive). The only good thing to come of this encounter was that I learned that I could drag my own corpse using alts (of course alts that are not hated by inkie scum). Got a 56 cleric rez so the exp loss wasn't so bad.

I am happy to add this guy to my "Come Back at Level 60 With My Epic and Wipe His Arse Clean Off the Face of Norrath" list.

We invised passed him and went inside to kill gaurds. He was red to me so we left him the hell alone.

well if he has never been killed before what makes u think he doesnt drop anything obvisouly
btw i am a dark elf and if u gys go picking on my guards is ok cus means that i am kos almost everywhere and i am lvl 60 i would have a lot of fun happy hunting")

btw i seen him take out 7 people one night he is nothing to play with and he has a nice friend too

Jeez,you have to wonder if he's ever been attempted to be killed. I doubt he has ever been killed on any server. The reasons, are this

(a)His loot isn't good enough for a high lvl group to care enought to take him out, and he most likly gives crap XP.

(b)Any group of 50's that DO try to take take him out for the XP, will also have to put up with the Sargent, who will aggro on you the second you attack the captain, now considering they are both 55-60, and the are both spawned at the same time, this is one hell of a fight.

Which is why, I would bet all my money, saying that he has NOT been killed more then...5 times on ANY server.

I've never seen this guy wander (thank the gods) but I was hunting the Neriak entrance guards on a crowded evening recently, and every time this guy spawned, he was even to my level 40 warrior. He hits for up to 100 dmg, and about half the time spawns dual wielding a Dragoon Dirk and a Long Sword. Makes it super painful.
