The Kyrmit (spelling) part is obviously from the muppets,
but the keroppi is a frog char from a popular japanese brand (Sanrio) so it is like THE frog has the name of a 2 out of game popular frogs

I have encountered this guy on a couple occasions when I was around level 20, right at the dock from the Rathe Mtn. Entrance. I believe he is a necro or SK since he cast Heat Blood (or was it boil blood) on me and another dot of some sort, as well. Sorry, it was quite some time ago so the specifics are fuzzy. Also, if memory serves correctly, he hits in the mid 40's. Anyway, I haven't seen him since but would love the opportinity to re-introduce myself. Heh

I have indeed come across this NPC. I saw him beating the hell out of a group near the South Karana zone. He conned red and indifferent to me, being a lvl 23 Bristlebane Wood Elf Rogue. So, needless to say I didn't jump in the fight after seeing a bunch of higher level characters zone.

Most of the stuff with outside influences like this are jokes from a different time, duobt they'd pull something like this anymore as most new players seem hostile to in game humor)
