I've done a lot of named in HOT but this guy takes the cake as the most annoying camp. I've camped here over 10+ hours total and i have never seen him spawn. I've seen Chief Maraeder spawn at least 30 times, the horse named at least 10 times. This guy.. 0. I almost wonder if it's bugged.

I'm a 90 paladin and this guy is not undead I have killed him a few time this morning with NO slay undead hits.
