I have been camping Bloodfeather for a few hours tonight at the rock location. I was killing the rock mob constantly and when i started killing the surrounding mobs i had bloodfeather pop at both of the two closest single pull mobs near Xylzital.
So bloodfeather can pop from mobs other than the single spawn point on the rock!

I can confirm there are three locations.
334.16, 673.34, 42.05 -- top of rock
212.78, 671.74, 38.74 -- Xylzital's right
244.29, 722.42, 38.74 -- Xylzital's left
