This mob seems to be a very rare name to spawn

Jenny is located on the first island. The most common PH is 'a halfing guard' that is next to a treestump. I have seen her pop from other guards, but not as common from what I can tell. We killed her with SK/WIZ/ENCH/DRU/ROG/CLR MERC. 4 of the characters were boxed.
Jenny casts a root/silence spell on pull, so you want your group to be close to the puller/tank when you fight. I have found that by casting a spell from a distance and running quickly you can get close to the group before she catches up and roots you.
Once you have her back to the group it is fairly straight forward - tank & spank with the occasional group heal from the druid after her PB AE, but as long as you have T2 gear you can easily out live the AE (with heals of course).

Anyone know what her PH is? Rasper's says it's "a halfling guard", but the screenshot looks like one of the lookout spawn points. I've been clearing the whole camp for about 3 hours to no avail. Any ideas?
This image is indeed a static lookout placeholder. I have also spawned her from a roaming lookout.

Dropped Ambiguous Remnant of Survival and the Hollowfield Cugdel. Uses an AE knockback/DD called Broad Swipe that isn't too too painful. Does have some kind of single-target root called Lockdown as well, so be careful pulling. Also has some sort of silence/ability stifle that may or may not have also been Lockdown.

This mob also dropped at 1hb mace for CLR only 83/26 , 1300 mana
