Spawned inside the Deepwater Knights building east of the library. Turn left as you enter the main room into a smaller room. PH was a fell warden.

how about a picture? a exact spawn location /loc??? any PHs? what race is this mob? undead?

Kanah the Heartslicer spawned just west of the Library as stated in a previous post. There are three static spawns near the rubble pile. Ph was the middle mob. Usually a Heretic Brute, but sometimes the Brute would spawn a different mob.
It took me about six hours to spawn Kanah, killing Algot the Deathshaper and Handar Prentius 6-7 times each in the meantime.
Dropped the Emascianite Firegem.
It was an easy kill for 90 sham, 90 dru box, t5 tank / clr mercs even with the three adds that I got.

Can someone else verify this mob spawns near the library. I pulled east and west of the library in a horseshoe for several hours and only got Vindel the Ripper, Handar Prentius, and Algot the Deathsapper to spawn.
Spawned on the west side of the Library. Only one placeholder that i found. There is a camp just outside the West exit in the rubble. 2 or 3 static spawns, with 2 or 3 roamers. The PH'er is one of the static spawns. Only need to kill 2 or 3 mobs every 18 mins or so. Name was rare, aug was rare. Total camp time 16 hours.
