Uses "Spoiling Bite," 9134 damage DoT that also stuns for a LONG time. Max hit on my SK was 9615 damage, with roughly 6100ac and all defensive AAs done (no disc running, as he stunned me before I could get it going). Dropped Ambiguous Remnant of Devotion and Insania Stone (and my SK, btw). Pretty sure my log file was running if you need that.
Toughest part was that he has to be cleared to unless you have a hellaciously good enchanter. The spiders around him (last room before ember golems on 2nd floor of HoT) have a big assist radius, and there are 3 wanderers that also poke their heads in that room. Come prepared.
