To check this out, I attempted to sell a Burynai Scoutpick (which I had gotten as a drop) back to him, and he offered me 20 Brellium Tokens for it. I also attempted to sell a Candle of Dark Flames which I bought from the Vendor-Bot Model CM in Kernagir and he offered me 20 Brellium Tokens for that as well.

Yes that's correct. Vendor Bot sells higher tier items, starting at 400 brell tokens (I think).
