Dropped Stellite Encrusted Thoracic Clay

After 13+ hours camping the lake by Underquarry zone I got him to spawn a total of 3 times. Dropped belt twice, sword once, and no clays.
He spawned exactly at -817 -347 and at -688 -605. He can spawn on both the left and right side it seems. Hope the info helps.....good luck.
Update:
Just had him spawn as the roamer on the right side. I'm betting all of the combatants have a chance to spawn him.

got him at the lake close to UQ zoneline, left side if u move up.dont think he spawns at gnoll camp anymore since i havent seen him there for a week
loc -706.75,-631.03,84.01 (were 2 r facing each other close)

ps: rampages and had leg clay as well, and no the longcutter doesnt look like what he is holding

His spawn loc please? (I guess he could spawn at couple of different spots but anyone can give us info which spot you seen him?) Thanks!!

killed him today at -810 -357
-- i have killed him at this same spot 6 times now, only place i have gotten hiim to pop.. gotten sword once 4 times his belt listed above non slot 3.. and today got his slot 3 belt .. Raztupit's segmented belt..
