Spells (particularly slows in my case) tend to land much much more effectively if belly cast. I set up pretty much in the middle of the mobs belly..slow lands fairly easily then I'm within range to heal whatever tank we have keeping the beasts attention.
Level 89, not 90...not that it matters.
