Seems to be a lack of numerical loc for this mob. Following advice that he can spawn in many locations near Pellucid zone in I killed as many burynai as I could keep up with, although they seem to respawn relatively fast. I finally got the Denuar after 3-4 hours at exactly:
-581, +450, +49 in a static location

I've got him to spawn in 3 different locations all near Grotto zone line. I'm pretty sure every furball in the zone is a PH.

Have to start off by saying, this mob was a lot easier than any other loot dropping named I've killed so far in this expansion. Killed it several times, unfortunately I only have 2 good parses of it. Easy pull, clear roamer and he is one of 2 static spawns.
Fights averaged out at about a minute. Parses put him in at about 500,000 hitpoints which is rather low compared to other named. With a Malosinete and a Bark of Tashanian I had no resists as a mage.
Didn't have anyone who could snare, so I dont know if he's snareable. Did not rampage or enrage, never had to find out if he summons (Though pretty much all loot dropping named do now, so it's a safe bet). Casts Chromassail, Reprehend, Devout Elixer, and Frenetic Renewal.
Maximum hit was 5,883, minimum hit 1,116 (bash), with an average hit of 2500. DPS average on a defensive warrior while slowed was 980.

i dont know if this is his only spawn location but i got him to spawn as one of the 3 burynai directly right of the cave going to pellucid Grotto
Was easy kill didnt hit worse then trash mobs around him just had a bit more hp, he dropped the aug for us.

Stellite Encrusted Thoracic Clay
Seems pretty rare and I'm betting the aug is even rarer. Have been clearing just the burynai and only one showing thus far. Parsed 403 mobs slain. Good luck.

The 2 times we have killed him, we camped the area for about 3 hours before we got a spawn. Luckily, second time he droped the aug for us.

Cenobite Denuar was an even con when we fought him.
