Confirmed to spawn at west farm, in the cage next to Entricalla with "a sporali foodling" as placeholder (the dark orange mob, not light orange).
During fight... Had a weak AoE DoT for 3000 dmg per tick.
Dropped the aug.
Exact location of mob is 650, 1300, 8

4/15/2010 Gomphus dropped Celestrium Encrusted Thoracic Clay ( chest tier 7). Perhaps he drops more than just feet and chest......will try to find out soon 8).

He spawns west farm pit in 2nd cage infront of Entricalla .
This one seems to be very rare. I think most of the PHers are in the pit instead of outside.
