Today, I found "Ephraim Deeprocks" at the first down-ramp room in the east of cooling chamers, not far from zone-in from Brell's Rest, at in-game /loc -290, -602, -65, roughly. He was a static mob (non-roamer) at the base of the small round-staircase.
He dropped "Barred Choker".

Boxed 85 war/shm 2 healer mercs. Has over 900k hps. avg hit was 4.3 on 5k ac war mostly sod t5 gear full def aa. not to bad of a fight. It does cast an 8k nuke called worker's wrath that has a knockback.
P.S. 3 times killed and has dropped legs/hand/feet clay. not sure what its common drop is.
