Drops http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=109410 for certain and I would assume http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=109010 is its non slot 3 counterpart based on lucy entry numbers and name but can not confirm the 2nd. The first is 100% though.
