At about 30% he healed himself to 70%. Other than that I didn't notice any special abilities. dropped a Chest Clay and the Elaborate Bone Band.

If you plan on making the trek to get to this guy plan ahead. Cant just simply run here. SI scatered everywhere and unless you have several FDers/roges in your fellowship dont expect a free ride via fire. Pulling class is a must or good cc.
Update: 36 total phs over the course of 3 days. got name to pop on the 29th and 36th ph. dropped slot 3 ring the first and the sword (named is always carrying the sword) and leg clay on the second. camped the ph at the bottom of the ramp. best place we found is to camp in the room with the single mob one level above ph(no roamers go into this). you would need crazy dps and one hell of a puller to get to both phs. all in all it was challenging from start to finish.

Yes this camp is pretty hard to get too.
Though once you are inside the hive the SI is less.
Though there are very few camping spots in the zone.
Getting to this though is either have someone drag corpes and res or spend some time clearning. With the respawns being long its not to bad.

I'd guess it spawns in several spots. But its up after patch and I have loc for it at the bottom of hive.
