He casts Flesh Rot and Tortugone's Drowse and usually leads the fight off with Flesh Rot once aggroed, so if pulling out of room, make sure to have those pets on hold.

Where does this spawn? What is his Ph?
Location he spawns at is +219 -385 -174
His placeholder is A Wrext Mal Shaman
Northeast of the water is a tunnel that leads up and in that room you will find the A Wrext Mal Shaman, 2 gnolls just a little ahead of him on the sides of the room and two A Burly Guards in the back of the room. If you are familiar with the regular low level blackburrow this room is a circle room that has no mobs in it.
Easiest way to get to camp is have invis and levitate on and drop down the hole from up top.. go through the opening in the rocks where the gnoll is standing and take a left.. follow that wall until the tunnel is on your right and go up. BE CAREFUL THE NAMED THAT ROAMS AT THE BOTTOM IS NOT UP !! he sees invis and you will have some major aggro from all the assisting mobs.
If named is up, you can cast a form of pacify (silent mind rk II etc) on the 2 mobs in front of him and pull him without aggro from them, but be careful of your location in that tunnel as to not be too high to aggro them when it wears off, and not too low to aggro the ones at the bottom, from personal experience I can tell you both are extremely painful, especially when the named down below is up too.
