Add the following to your oldblackburrow_2.txt file:

High Commander Xantheos can spawn from any of the three
"an enraged gnoll high commander" PH's, one in each room labeled HC1, HC2, HC3.
Safe spot (no roamers) just before the commander rooms is:
Loc: -83.30 -350.83 -34.16

where exactly is his PH im assuming its where the enraged high commanders are across bridge from the high shaman but there is one lone normal gnoll down at the bottom with the gnarls but hes just a regular commander. could anyone clarify plz
he spawns in the 3 commander room middle of the three

I assume all three are ph, he spawned in the southern room for me. Two adds spawned when I killed him, "an enraged adjutant" with relatively low hp.
