was the most fun i ever had. what i did was i grabbed quest, hit the wolf with nuke and ran with it (because this guy is unsnarable). did the whole quest in bout 10 mins using just flashblaze. this guy warps like nuts so be ready for this.
This mob does not summon. I was able to kite it around (though you need to really watch one for the Rallosian sentinels) and complete the quest like that. Tough, but doable.

Was anywhere from 80 to at least 84
for Fregg's Challenge. Hits for 3k and immune to speed changes.
I slowd each one of them with no problem
