We got him tonight. Had cleared the entire camp but him (but not the camp next to it) and were fighting him right next to the camp. When he called for help .. nothing :) After the 5th time, one had repopped and came to his aid .. to no avail :)
Dropped the Surpurian Girding.

Popped in biggest tent at that loc. Look inside flap, on left, two mobs. Mob closest to door on left was him (or was him after I cleared the PH).
Hit him with a long lasting dot and ran down to lake. 2 mobs came with. Stood up after agro cleared, invised.. two mobs came with. Waited about 3 minutes, stood up, he warped on my head. Then 1 mob, warped in about 30 seconds later.
At 30 percent life, he called the whole freaking camp. I got him, but it was close. Pet, merc, everything I threw at him died. Dropped the warrior charm.

After clearin the four mobs inside the tent MANY TIMES=GRRRR he popped two times in the exact opposit spot of bonesmashers post, at /loc +840,+1972. so maybe can pop in either of the two closest mobs to the door of the big tent. dropped type7 belt both kills.

Oooh, man. sorry to hear that. Seems like they'll be more clearing then around that tent. Both times I've kileld him, he popped in that exact same spot. Thank you for sharing the info, tho. I'll know to just wipe out anything relatively close to him now. :D

also popped at /loc +831, +1966 . same as above but on other side of table, never popped in same spot on your side tho Bones, very strange eh?. so after clearing the inside of the tent countless times(by far the hardest named to pop in my lil exp in old com) he popped a couple times on bones side at your /loc & on the other side a few times at two diff /locs. so three /loc's of the four mobs. popped um maybe six+ times, mostly the reg belt, one type3 belt & FINALLY one type3 charm for my alt! :-)
charm is perfect for SK who don't mind skully form like myself. use the similar one on my monk from OBF with my minotaur illusion.
So bottom line is clear all four mobs inside tent, has atleast three spawn points.

My wife and I both two box and were killing this guy at the camp and doing a fine job until that darned call for aid, which wiped all but one of us. We rezzed, and rebuffed after discovering the adds were scripted and not a mistake we somehow made. We moved our camp spot to the far end of the zone, and pulled him there as described by rarrazz below.
This was all going great until he was nearly pulled to our group, and some mean ol bard came out of nowhere and tried to steal him. I grabbed agro back and explained we had the guy camped, we were simply moving him across the zone. The guy wouldn't back down saying that he was claiming him. After repeatedly retagging and losing the mob, the bard won this agro war and pulled him in the other direction to kill him with his little box army.
I sat there watching as twenty dark elves charged him from behind and anhialated the bard. I have played EQ for 10 years and not once trained someone for any reason, but it sure was fun watching sony do it for me. >: )

Calls for help at 30%.. It's annoying, but I dragged him across the zone, and his helpers never got to me..
Calling for help, means he calls the whole camp on you.. so if it were cleared you'd be fine..
He spawns at the double camp, right side of the big tent.

Got this guy to spawn inside one of the tents to the north west of the zone. The long big camp inside the long tent. The waist item that he drops can be bought for chronobines in void c.

Any idea where he spawns?
We've killed just about everything in this zone and have been there for 2 weeks now and havent seen him spawn at all.
