He spawns at 133, 149. From zone in, take a right and go down ramp. First room you come to. Good luck. Got him there tonight.

He Also drops Kraszens Azure Eye which is a 75hitpoints 115 mana and 5 clairvoyance and it fits on slot types 7 and 8 for ear, head, face, neck, shoulder, arms, back, wrist, hands, fingers, chest, legs, feet, waist. Req lvl 80

Today (11/24/08) we killed him and he happened to drop a Phased Seminal Luminessence
From zone in take the straight on path down the ramp. In that room there are 3 mobs, the mob in the middle of the 3 mobs is the ph for the named.

Ive seen him spawn from the mob on the left as well. All 3 may be ph.

he Was up in the middle of the zone when i first exploreded zone. enraged at 10%, tehn after that was over, little bugger ran at low health. when adds killed pets, he summoned

I've had him spawn a couple times now clearing around the entrance. He's always popped down the right tunnel in the first opening.
