just seen um up at /loc -22 +141. one of the two guards at the top of first set of stairs.

When I fought him just now he had cast a self buff on himself - Isinente Defense. It said it damaged those who struck him for 150 points of damage and upped his AC. I could not seem to despell it.

This mob also drops Fractured Seminal Incadessence.

just had him spawn at loc -140.98, -252.52, 45.13... for ppl who arnt good with locs thats the mob right in front of the southern set of stairs leading up to the 3rd floor.. will update if he spawns anywhere else
both mobs near southern stair well can be PH's.. also he has a buff on called Isinente Defense that appears to be a damage shield.. i dont know for how much but it hurts for a fair amount
still have only seen him spawn in those 2 places out of well over 16 hrs here.. hes semi rare to.. been killing all the static spawns in 2nd and some wanderers he only spawned in the place of mobs at the southern stair well leading to the 3rd floor

Confirmed to spawn at the north stairs as well, single 'a tower guardian' mob PH.

Can confirm that both mobs at southern set of stairs leading to 3rd floor are PHs. Had him spawn 3 times there in relatively short time. There are no pathers or other mobs nearby, very, very easy to keep these clear between respawns at another camp (I was doing Louko at the time).

This guy can pop from any of the static spawns on floor 2. I've seen it pop 5 different places

He is level 85. I just got done killing him with my 85 Pally and he is stunnable as well as a white con to me.

iv seen him spawn in 2 places on the second floor. 1 spot iv seen him spawn about 3 times was the north corner b4 the stairs to go to the 3rd floor and other spot iv seen him spawn is just prior to the bridge type thing on the second floor where u have 2 sets of mobs side by side.

floor 2 back hallway is the spawn location, iksar model 3k hitter nothing special low hp easy kill

I'm beginning to think this guy is a myth. Been trying to get him to pop for a fair few hours now ... no cigar. And majique is correct, that loc is not possible.

Only place I have ever seen him... he drops a Nec/Wiz/Mag/Ench charm as well... Charm so no idea on stats... Gains in power as you traverse more of the area...

Um. At that Z axis it's impossible to hit n150 from what I found.
