Seen him spawn as a roamer that goes between -780, 728 and -702, 622. Paths between a small iskar camp and a pack of undead skellies. Good luck.

Found him at -1940, 572.

Had him pop on track after killing roamers near Kaesora. Pulled him from approx loc: neg 1900, pos 530 within seconds of him appearing on track.
Never seen this guy spawn or even seen him on track in the many hours I have spent in the zone.
MUTED
Immune snare, but sloable by ranger epic 1.0, enrage at 9%, no rampage, flurry or any other nasty things.

The PH is one of 2 iksar that path back and forth a short distance. If you are looking out from the EJ zone look to your left. You will see a couple of Iksar that walk from tree to tree. They are not the messengers or the escaped ones. Usually its a Scaleblade or Ironfist etc etc.
Also seen this guy in another location near Keasora. I've been killing those 2 near EJ, but haven't been successful yet.
He's level 85, summons and has ~350-400K HP (a nuke for 15K took him to 96%).

this NPC is a roamer closer to the Kaesora area on the map. Anything can be his ph. We were in zone a couple of times for hours and have only seen him once. The highest i got hit for was 3360.
He dropped Sarnak Claw Pendant for pure casters. The effect on it is a heal benefit.

I've since seen him a few times and I never saw him roaming near Kaesora, although it's certainly possible. Players tend to camp a named at ONE of his spawn points and when he keeps popping there, they generalize to an unwarranted conclusion. I've only seen him southeast of the dragon area.
Immune to changes in run-speed, at least the 2x I've pulled him. I thought I saw him casting a cleric spell, although since iksars don't have clerics and he's wearing a necro's robe, maybe I was hallucinating under the influence of some mind-damaging necrotic spell!
